that we will teach you to prepare during the class.
During the class you will try 3 different wines
from Salta, Mendoza and Patagonia.
CHORIPAN WITH CHIMICHURRI
Pan de campo (homemade bread) +
our traditional chorizo
+ chimichurri sauce.
PAPAS ANDINAS PICANTES
From the North of Argentina:
Spicy Andean potatoes.
ALFAJORES DE MAICENA
Traditional sandwich biscuits filled
with Dulce de Leche
and side-coated with shredded coconut.
We will tell you about the history of yerba mate,
its origins and how to prepare this traditional drink
from scratch in individual mate cups.
You will try 2 wines from different
regions of the county.
