Our classes are live online instruction.

You can organize it for yourself or share it with your friends and family.

How does it work?

INTERACTIVE GROUP CLASSES

Our interactive 90-minute cooking classes are USD 20 per person

 and include up to 15 people  from around the world!

 

INTERACTIVE PRIVATE CLASSES

Each class costs USD 50 and includes anyone/everyone in your household.

A great stay-in “date night” or family activity.

You can even join forces with friends/family who live elsewhere to share in the experience.

We charge $25 for each additional household who wants to join in the fun.

or you can also opt to watch and take notes

Alfajores are delicious

sandwich biscuits filled

with Dulce de Leche 

and coated with chocolate.

Are very popular in Argentina,

you’ll see people unwrapping

them on the subway,

enjoying them with coffee

at the cafés and eating different versions of them

at high-end Argentine restaurants.

The most iconic pie of South America especially in Argentina, every province has it´s own version and everybody claims to make the best one!

 

In Argentina people has this general rule: one or two empanadas are a snack, three or more are a meal.

In this class you will learn how to make them from scratch:

dough,

choose 2 fillings:

Grass fed beef/Pescatarian/Chicken

Vegan/Vegetarian

Also we will teach how to make

Llauja, the spicy sauce for Empanadas

This lesson is a great introduction to

the vibrant South American food.

For this class we choose 3 dishes from Perú, Brazil and Argentina.

TIRADITO:​ 

Peruvian cuisine has been influenced by waves of immigration from Japan. Tiradito is one of the results, featuring sashimi-style fish with Peru's punchy leche de tigre.

PAO DE QUEIJO: 

which means cheese bread in Portuguese, is a delightful  snack from Brazil made with tapioca flour (it's gluten-free) and cheese.

BROCHETTES WITH CHIMICHURRI

a beautiful combination of beef and veggies with the most popular sauce from Argentina: chimichurri.
