Learn how to make empanadas, the most iconic pie of South America, particularly Argentina, in this cooking class.
We will together make the typical empanadas dough from scratch and prepare two different fillings:

Pescatarian and plant based fillings are available by request

Vegetarian seasonal filling
You will also learn how to make the traditional Llajua, a spicy sauce that comes along with the empanadas.
Wine:

Prepare the bun and chimichurri from scratch to have a taste of the classic choripan, the ultimate in Argentine street food.
It is usually consumed on the go, since it is mostly sold at street stands throughout Argentina.
Also we will teach how to prepare chipa, a gluten free bun originates from the Native American people Guarani, indigenous to the Amazon area of Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay.
CHORIPAN + CHIMICHURRI:
Pan de campo (homemade bread) +
our traditional chorizo ( plant based chorizo is available by request) + chimichurri sauce.
CHIPA:
A gluten free bread from the Northwest of Argentina made with cassava/tapioca flour and 2 types of cheese.
Wine:
A glass of wine to pair with the choripan is included.
